Welcome to my world of training and health. No, I do not have a revolutionary system that will change the landscape of fitness for the next year. I simply look to address whatever specific challenges you may face through a holistic lens, and do so with movements and changes manageable for your overall well-being. Most of what will get you to your goal won't make for a spectacular instagram video. But what I do, will make for optimal and lasting results. 

I am not here for a 50 lbs transformation in 9 weeks. Generally, if you make it on the other side of one of these hyper-speed programs, the tendencies that got you there are not sustainable and you end up right back where you started. Some issues can be helped with a quick, simple solution, but most good things take a bit of time and consistency.

I am here to create good, sustainable, habits and changes which are able to be incorporated into your life. Some people need more help and guidance than others. For some those changes in diet, exercise, or lifestyle can be harder to adjust to. Others just need little nudges in the right direction to keep them on track. All of this is manageable. Whatever your goals may be, I can help execute a plan that will get you to them, and keep you there.
