Michael Rosario
I've always been involved in athletics and movement of some sort. I played soccer growing up, and that love for the game continued into playing collegiately at Nova Southeastern University. While at university, I followed my passion for fitness and movement as well, graduating with a degree in Kinesiology and Sport Science. I gained experience working as a personal trainer and doing internships for sports performance centers while also enrolled in classes. Right after graduating I achieved my CSCS training qualification, and continued to cut my teeth at a local LA Fitness.
Over the years since, I have worked for multiple gyms ranging from elite private studios in London, to major corporations in Los Angeles. During the pandemic, I took my opportunity to set up my own training business online, and have enjoyed developing it the past 2 years. I am currently based in Melbourne AUS, continuing growing my passion for helping others with their health and fitness goals, while playing soccer semi-professionally here as well.
I have always had a profound interest in how the body works, and how it can work better. From my vast array of experiences over the last 8 years of helping people in their movement journeys, I have seen most every case of person. Through any of my methods of improvement, certain simple principles always hold true for success. Have a structured, progressive plan, and work at it consistently. Eventually, those actions become a habit, and a lifestyle. This is the core of my “methodology”. There is no one food to perfect your diet, or one exercise for the ideal body. For however easy, hard, simple, or complex the task at hand may be, having a seasoned professional as myself to guide the way will create the optimal experience.
